IYC Commends Ken Etete, Century Group, Others For Historic Obodo Crude Export
The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has commended Mr. Ken Etete, the CEO of Century Group, an indigenous company making groundbreaking impact in the nation’s energy industry. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report.
The IYC commendation is coming at a time when indigenous energy companies are rewriting Nigeria’s energy story doing it with power, purpose, and pride. Oando Trading, a subsidiary of Oando Plc, on Friday announced the purchase and lifting of Nigeria’s newest crude oil blend, Obodo.
The Ijaw Youth Council is particularly excited with the fact that Century Group played a critical role in the export process. It was learnt that a crucial enabler of this export was Century Ports and Terminals. The Obodo crude was stored unloaded through the FPSO Tamaratokoni, a floating storage and offloading vessel operated by Century Ports and Terminals.
