Andaowei Okou Hails Angele, Ikisa, Describes Mandate As Divine

A youth leader in Burutu Local Government Area  and former Treasurer of Delta Political Vanguard, Comr. Okou Andaowei has congratulated Hon. Godknows Angele and his deputy, Chief Combolous Ikisa, Chairman and vice chairman of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State on their  electoral victory and subsequent inauguration at Asaba. 

Comr. Okou Andaowei issued the congratulatory message to newsmen in Warri yesterday, a copy of which was sent to  The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

Okou Andaowei noted that while the Lord Almighty is the giver of power, he maintained that Angele and his vice Chief Combolous Ikisa have made history in Burutu Local Government,  describing their first and second made as a divine mandate from the Lord Almighty. 

The youth leader asserted that he has never doubted the inate leadership qualities of Hon. Godknows Angele, stressing that he came in contact with Angele years back when he was treasurer of the revered Delta Political Vanguard in Burutu Local Government Area while Angele was its coordinator in the Local Government. 

He continued that ever since then, with the leadership qualities displayed by Angele, he new that he will go far politically, adding that he is not surprised that within that time till now, Angele is making serious wave in the Delta State politics. 

However, Andaowei while commending Angele on his developmental strides in Burutu Local Government during his first tenure had tasked  Angele to look into the plights of Obotebe Kingdom, stressing that the council can do its part in addressing some critical issues affecting the community. 

Andaowei had also tasked Angele to continue to carry and empower youths of the Local Government along, adding that the youths are the future of Burutu Local Government. 
Meanwhile, Mr. Okou prayed to the Lord Almighty to grant Angele and his deputy more wisdom and unprecedented knowledge to rule the people of Burutu Local Government to the promised land.
