Death Of Nine In Bayelsa: Ezonebi Led INC Delegation, Sympathize With Families

A Delegation of INC leadership led by its National Publicity Secretary, Engr. Ezonebi Oyakemeagbegha, on Monday 6th December 2021, visited the scene of the fatal accident which occurred on Saturday at the outskirt of Yenagoa that claimed nine lives. While sympathizing and condoling the families of the deceased persons at Ebedebiri community in Sagbama LGA, Engr Ezonebi, informed the families that the President of the Ijaw National Congress INC, Prof Benjamin Okaba and the NEC received the ill-fated news with a tremendous shock.

He told the families that the death of the nine Ijaw people was a gruesome loss to the community and the entire Ijaw nation.

Engr Ezonebi encouraged the bereaved families, the people of Ebedebiri community, the leadership and prayed to God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.

The community Chairman, leaders and elders of Ebedebiri thanked the President, Prof Okaba for promptly sending a delegation to share in their moment of grief and requested that INC, the Local Government and State should be involved in the burial.

Other members of the INC delegation includes Hon Samuel (National Assistant Secretary ), Hon Selekeowei Duke Goodwill (Taraki Clan Chairman)
Rev Itoko Edwin, (Chairman Kou Clan) equally represents Hon Doodie, Chairman Central Zone, Enekio Ayake, (Financial Secretary Tarakiri clan) and with the host of other Ijaw National Congress officials.
