Okowa is a blessing to Delta State – Forteta
The member representing Burutu North in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta has stated that His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi A. Okowa is a blessing to the people of Delta State.
Hon. Forteta made the assertion yesterday in Asaba, capital of the state while celebrating the Governor on his birth anniversary.
The Burutu lawmaker had noted that Governor Okowa’s first administration in Delta State was marked with unprecedented success, noting that his projects are vissible in almost all parts of the State.
He had further described Governor Okowa as a detribalized politician in Delta State, stressing that he is hopeful that the Governor will be more aggressive in the development of the state.
Forteta had noted that he will not sleep nor relent on the push for delivering a purposeful representation to the people of Burutu North.
“Governor Okowa is a grass root politician, he knows our pains hence he is addressing them one by one, i am very sure that he will even be more aggressive in the development of our communities in this second phase of his administration”. Forteta stated.
