DESOPADEC: Delta Ijaw HOSTCOM youth wing congratulates new board
The Host Communities of Nigeria Oil Producing and Gas, HOSTCOM, youth wing, Delta Ijaw chapter has congratulated chairman and members of board of the newly constituted Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, (DESOPADEC)
The Youth group under the leadership of Prince Okrikpa and Ebi Kodoko, President and Secretary respectively spoke shortly after the new management team officially took over at the commissions headquarter in Warri.
Dr. Askia Ogieh the MD/CEO at the brief ceremony introduced other members of his team to include Hon. Barr. John Obukowho Mani,Hon. Daniel Mayuku, Amb. Shedrack Agediga, Barr. Leonard Anoka as executive directors for Finance and admin, Projects, PRS and social services respectively.
They described the new team as men of honour and integrity with the capacity to mobilise resources available for the common good of the grassroot people.
The said they are optimistic, the new board will do things differently in other to positively and adequately impact on hostcom
Also, they said they are hopeful the new handlers will prioritise youth empowerment so as to give them a better place in the scheme of things.
They assured the new leadership of DESOPADEC of support that will enable them achieve their mission of bringing development to the people while praying God to make their tenure a successful one
