​Jubilation As Yokiri Community Chairman Provides Water Tank, Lays Pipes To Ease Toilet – The Liberator

There is massive jubilation in oil rich Yokiri community, Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State as Chairman of the community, Engr. Moses Ibilou, also known as the capacity chairman spent his personal cash to ease the stress of toilet among residents.

It would be recalled that the community had prior before this gesture been using public toilet with women, including the aged carrying buckets and water to the toilet before easing themselves, a situation that has been described as very stressful by residents of the community. 

Chairman Ibilou, bothered by this terrifying situation, as a leader that have the people at heart, changed the narratives as he splashed his personal money not even from the community’s treasury to purchase tank for water storage and the laying of pipes for the general use of the community.

According to a resident of Yokiri community who expressed joy over the development, noted that the gesture is historic and a welcome development, adding that the chairman has written his name in the golden book of Yokiri and in Ogulagha Kingdom at large, emphasising that the community is proud of him. 

Engr. Ibilou asserted that he will continue to prioritize the development of Yokiri as chairman of the community, stressing that one does not need to have all the whole money in this world before doing good to his people. 

Ibilou vowed that he will never dissapoint the people of Yokiri for electing him as their chairman, maintaining that he will continue to do only things that will please the community.
