44th Spiritual Convention: Delta Cleric Mamamu Sends Message To Buhari

Founder and General Overseer (GO) of God’s Ministry (C.G.S) Int. Inc, Evang. (Dr) S.Y Mamamu (UNPA) has on Sunday sent five powerful requests to President Muhammadu Buhari for urgent attention considering the state of things bedeviling the country.
The cleric made the five points request yesterday while concluding his five days fasting and prayer tagged spiritual convention, a period with which members of his Church, the God’s Ministry (C.G.S) Int. Inc at the church auditorium, Salvation City in Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom, Delta State will fast and pray for the entire country.
In what has become a tradition in the church, following its founding principles, the last Sunday of October in every year has been set aside for concluding the five days fasting and prayer of the ministry.
The Liberator Newspapers can report that the 2020 edition of the five days spiritual convention is the 44th annual convention of the church.
This year’s Annual Spiritual Convention of the God’s Ministry at the Salvation City started on Wednesday 21st of October 2020 which climaxed to its conclusion on Sunday 25th 2020 yesterday.
It would be recalled that last Sunday for which the Church is ending its five days spiritual convention always comes with a policy statement from the General Overseer of the Church, Evang. (Dr) Mamamu addressing various challenges in the country.
The 2020 policy statement had called on President Muhammadu to urgently swinge into the issue of flood, prioritize the development of the Niger Delta region, address the needs of those agitating for the reorganization of the country.
He also called on President Buhari to massively industrialize the Niger Delta region, address rising insecurity challenges in the country and tasked leaders to rule the people with the fear of God.
The Liberator Newspapers observed that during this five days of spiritual convention of the church which has since become an annual programme, the General Overseer, Evang. (Dr) Mamamu would lead other servants of God in the Church to pray for Nigeria, Niger Delta, Ijaw ethnic nationality, Delta State, Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom and the entire Warri South West Local Government Area.
During the climax of the convention yesterday, series of the church members came out massively to testify to the Lord Almighty for using the man of God to bless them in varying degrees.
Some of the testifies testified for the fruit of womb, healing, deliverance and financial breakthroughs, stressing that God is truly using Evang. S. Y Mamamu in breaking spiritual yokes of the people.
They particularly prayed to the Lord Almighty for his mercies and blessings upon their lives, praying that God shall continue to guard and protect the GO to enjoy many more years.
The Liberator Newspapers can report that the theme of this year’s five days spiritual convention is tagged “Causes of limitation in the Christian race “.
In doing justice to the topic, the Bible scriptures was taken from Mark 2: 18-22 and Luke 2: 36 -37 among other scriptures that reveals the various limitation in the Christian race.
