Joy In Abeokuta As ANAN inducts Jonatus Ogodobiri, 1949 Others As Certified National Accountants

There was massive jubilation yesterday in the life of Deacon Jonatus Ogodobiri and 1949 (One thousand Nine hundred and fourty nine) inductees across the country as the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) inducted new Certified National Accountants (CNA). The Liberator Newspapers can report.
The induction was done at the 12 June Cultural Center, Abeokuta, Ogun State on Wednesday by chieftains of the accounting profession.
During the induction ceremony of the 150 new Certified National Accountants, Prof Akaro Mainoma FCNA, President ANAN Governing Council had noted that ANAN is a premium brand and the tenets of professionalism should be held high, stressing that as a professional, “your actions should not be questioned always. We are Ambassadors of ANAN and the ethical values should be held in high esteem. Accounting is a noble profession.” Prof. Akaro noted.
However, in his message of appreciation shortly after the induction posted on his official Facebook Timeline, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers, he said “My Appreciation goes to God Almighty for his Grace, journey mercies althrough this pandemic period, travelling at a time when Southern Kaduna(North) is boiling.
“My wonderful wife and children for their persistent prayers. My boss Mr. Izomoh Solomon, outcome Bursar Delta state school of marine technology and my wonderful colleagues, Mrs. Onajite Ololobou and Mrs. Ochuko Edeku for their support and encouragement, my colleagues in office and Bursary department in general God bless you all.

Meanwhile, it would be recalled that a Certified National Accountant is a qualified professional accountant that has met the educational qualification and professional experience requirements for membership of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), and has been accepted as a member of the association.
