​Alubeze Greets Okowa, Angele, Colleagues, Kiagbodians, Others On His Political Journey So Far

The leader of Burutu Legislative Arm, Rt. Hon. Joseph Asiaye Alubeze has greeted His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State and Hon. Godknows Angele, Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area for their supports in his leadership of the house. The Liberator Newspapers can report. 
While describing Governor Okowa as an epitome of development in Delta State, Alubeze said he saw before his very eyes how riverine communities are having a facelift owing to the alleged massive road constructions in some riverine communities in the state under Okowa fondly called Ekueme the road master. 

He said appointment of Ijaws into various political offices in Delta State becomes more in the Okowa’s administration as well as his all round development across all nook and cranny of the state earned him the commendation. 

However, Alubeze said he is very proud of working with Angele as leader of the Burutu Legislative House while he (Angele) is chairman of the local government, stressing that the harmonious relationship the executive and  legislative arm shares during the tenure is applaudalde which according to him culminated to an appreciable level of development in the Local Government. 

While congratulating all Councillorship candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on their victory, Alubeze said he is hopeful that they will all win the March 6th 2021 Local Government elections in the state, stressing that after their emergence, they should work peacefully with the executive arm to fast track more development in the Local Government. 

He noted that the present legislative house under the leadership of Alubeze will expire on the 11th of January 2021, stressing that incoming councillors and its leadership should emulate the good virtues of the present leadership. 

Nevertheless, the Burutu House Leader had also appreciated his colleagues in the Burutu Legislative House for working with him peacefully without any rancor, adding that he is very proud of them and would maintain the relationship even after their tenure as councillors in Burutu Local Government Area. 

Hon. Joseph maintained that he is certain that politics will bring them together in the nearest future, stressing that he will always remember them as they are bowing out for others. 

Alubeze noted that his note of appreciation will be incomplete without him acknowledging and thanking the people of Kiagbodo ward who gave him the opportunity three consecutive times to represent them in the Burutu Legislative House, adding that he will always be grateful to them. 

Speaking further, the Burutu House Leader had extended his appreciation message to all political leaders in Burutu Local Government Area for standing by him all these while, stressing that he is looking forward to seeing a situation where he will serve the people of Burutu Local Government in a larger capacity. 

Meanwhile, Alubeze had called on His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State and political leaders in Burutu and beyond to look into his case with a befiting appointment for him to be part of the system. 

It would be recalled that Alubeze for long has been the one paying the entire light bill of Kiagbodo Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. 

He has given scholarship to both primary, secondary and university level among his people and countless of his good deeds he has done to Niger Deltans who come in contact with him.
