As the Delta Ijaw Comrade Community (DICC) gets ready to inaugurate its first ever substantive exco, a Niger Delta renowned philanthropist, global peace ambassador cum advocate of good governance, Amb. Dr. Ebitonmo Anthony Alapala, popularly known as the Odumalagba of Niger Delta has been contacted to be the chairman of the Delta Ijaw Comrade Community Inauguratio tomorrow.
