His Excellency, the deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr (Dcn) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, a serious contender for the 2023 Delta State Governorship race under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has released a six-point agenda that he will be focussing on if elected as Governor of the state.
