Soubofegha-Ogbo Congratulates Tompolo On Pipeline Security Contract
Soubofegha-Ogbo of Obotobo I Community in oil rich Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State has congratulated modern day father of the Niger Delta struggle for emancipation, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo on his pipeline security contract awarded to him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The group issued the congratulatory message to the revered Niger Delta living legend Tompolo via a statement personally signed by Comr. Ato Deck Pere, Chairman of Soubofegha-Ogbo, Obotobo I Community, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide yesterday.
Chairman of the group, Comr. Ato Deck Pere noted that they are happy for the appointment, stressing that it is a well deserving one.
According to him, Tompolo as a peace advocate had always sacrificed a lot in keeping the entire Niger Delta region safe, using his personal resources and connections, adding that he is the perfect man for the job.
However, Deck asserted that the group cannot keep quiet without adding its voice to that of other well meaning individuals and groups across Nigeria in congratulating Tompolo on his latest contract.
In his words: “On behalf of the entire members and leaders of Soubofegha-Ogbo of Obotobo I Community in Ogulagha Kingdom, I congratulate you on your latest security contract.
“You have over the years shown capacity to Niger Deltans and the Federal Government of Nigeria, therefore, we are confident that you will deliver fully in this new job as it is not new to you.
“Once again congratulations ” the group stated.
