Ogulagha Kingdom: Flood, Erosion Watching Obuguru Away, Government Should Intervene Quickly — Ebikabowei

A youth leader in oil rich Obuguru community in Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Nimughan Shedrack Ebikabowei has called on the Delta State Government to quickly do something about the flood and erosion that is hitting Obuguru community in Delta State. 
Mr. Ebikabowei had hinted The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide that residents living in Obuguru community are now fleeing owing to the terrible living condition they have been subjected to face by the ravaging  flood and erosion caused by the high tide from the sea. 


According to him, the situation is so bad that a lot of buildings have collapsed in the community and others are at the verge of collapsing, stressing that life has become helish to the people as their source of livelihood and properties worthing millions of Naira have been destroyed. 


However, the youth leader had also called on the Federal Government of Nigeria, Burutu Local Government Council, related government agencies, Non Governmental Organisations and well meaning individuals to rescue the people of Obuguru from  the terrifying situation. 


Speaking further, Mr. Shedrack asserted that while his people are facing the terrible situation, he is calling on  both the Federal and state Government to look for a long term solution that will prevent such occurrence in the future. 


Meanwhile, Mr. Nimughan stated that his people are really suffering at the moment, stressing that the positive reaction of Government and the rise of well meaning individuals to rescue the people will make sense
