Owners Of Oil Producing Communities Meet, Pays Condolence Visit To Balogun’s Family

Members and stakeholders of a revered group under the auspices of Owners of Oil Producing Communities (OOPC) in Western Zone on Friday met at the Infinity Guest House, Warri, Delta State to deliberate on critical issues regarding the way forward of the union. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report

In his brief remark during the meeting, Amb. Mamamu Youkore Bene, popularly known as young chief who is President of the group  appreciated members of the union  for turning out for the meeting.

Amb. Mamamu Youkore Bene while speaking on the prospects of the group noted that he will continue to liaise with other critical stakeholders in the Niger Delta region in ensuring that the interest of the group is carried along in the scheme of things. 

However, members of the Owners of Oil Producing Communities in Western Zone reiterated that there was the need to condole with Late Chief Numa Balogun family, noting that  Chief Numa Balogun was a man that contributed a lot while he was alive towards the growth and development of the union with so much passion and dedication. 

Nevertheless,  in their bid to condole with the family of late Chief Numa Balogun who was a dedicated member of the group, the meeting was officially adjourned and all members of the union who were in attendance proceeded to Udu road in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State to condole with the family of late Chief Numa Balogun over his painful demise. 

At the residence of Chief Numa Balogun, the group presented a token to the family and spoke on how important Chief Balogun Numa was to the group, stressing that they will continue to miss him. 

Meanwhile, they had particularly admonished the children and family members of Chief Numa Balogun to take heart, noting that his good deeds will continue to speak positively for the family even if he has gone to the land beyond. 

They continued that the group could not have relaxed without coming to condole with the family, adding that he was a critical stakeholder of the union.
