A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, particularly from Isaba ward, Hon. Jude Akpodubakaye has counselled the Ijaws in the entire Local Government Area to vote massively for Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, Deputy Senate President for Governor of the state come 2023. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report.

Jude Akpodubakaye, a former APC Delta State House of Assembly aspirant for Warri South West made the call yesterday via a statement he personally issued shortly after the APC Governorship campaign in the ward.

According to him, the Ijaws have no reason to vote for the PDP in Delta as the PDP rule in the state over the years has brought nothing for them to celebrate.

However, the young APC leader had asserted that considering the productive leadership of Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege as a senator representing Delta Central, he will no doubt make a good Governor of Delta State if elected.

Akpodubakaye while lambasting the Delta State Governor for not resolving the lingering Aladja and Ogbe-ljoh communal clash noted that Omo-Agege will no doubt bring everlasting peace between the two estranged communities if given the chance to become the next Governor of Delta State.

The statement had reiterated that the many years of PDP leadership in Delta State have brought nothing good but pain, misery, darkness, hardship and underdevelopment, stressing that 2023 is the best opportunity to change the narratives.

Meanwhile, Mr. Jude had called on all Ijaws in Delta State to reject PDP and to throw their weight behind the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Nevertheless, the former Delta State House of Assembly aspirant for Warri South West maintained that he will work closely with other APC leaders in the Local Government Area to ensure that APC wins big
