2023: Group Converges In Ayakoromo, Endorse Omo-Agege For Governor, Alapala For Burutu North

A political pressure group operating under the auspices of Advocate of Good Governance For Credible Election, particularly in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State on Friday endorsed His Excellency, the deputy Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Delta 2023 APC Governorship candidate, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege as their sole Governorship candidate for the forthcoming March 11th Governorship election in the state. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report.

The group also endorsed Amb. Dr. Comr. Anthony Alapala Ebitonmo, Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stressing that they will stand by him and support him in ensuring that he wins the forthcoming Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly election come March 11th 2023.

However, on their choice of Okowa, the group said the Delta State Governor had betrayed the people of Ayakoromo by not completing the Ayakoromo bridge despite their massive political support for him in 2015 and 2019, describing the borrowing of Governor Okowa as worrisome and unprogressive.

The youths noted that the people of Ayakoromo Community have no tangible reason to support Governor Okowa come 2023.

However, this was contained in a communique signed by the youths after a critical meeting in Ayakoromo last week.
