Isaba Football Team Defeats Gbaramatu Fc To Win 2023 Amaseimokumor Peace/Unity Cup

The Jude Gbaboyor FC, representing Isaba Kingdom on Friday defeated Gbaramatu Ward 3 (Oporoza) Fc 1-0 to win the 2023 Amaseikumor Peace and Unity Tournament.
The final match which was played at Oporoza, the traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom on Friday 14th of April 2023 in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State saw the display of raw talents from both teams.
Before the final encounter, Diebiri Kingdom had earlier defeated Egbema Kingdom through penalty kick to clinch third place position after both teams ended full time with a 1-1 draw.
It would be recalled that the Jude Gbaboyor FC that represented Isaba Kingdom in the tournament clinched the trophy with a record of unbeaten throughout the tournament.
On his part, owner of the Jude Gbaboyor FC, Engr. Jude Akpodubakaye lauded his boys for excellent performance, adding that he is very proud of them.
However, Akpodubakaye noted that he is optimistic that the trophy is the beginning of more trophies to come.
From the final results of the tournament, Isaba, Gbaramatu Ward 3 and Diebiri respectively have emerged 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
