Otuaro Hail Guwor’s Emergence As Speaker, Congratulate Others On Inauguration 

Immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Barr. (DCN) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on Wednesday congratulated Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor on his emergence as speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly.
