Former supervisory Councillor in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. James Dekawei, popularly known as the black general has released a powerful statement on his birth anniversary.

James Dekawei, also known as Jiga had particularly lauded high Chief Government Oweizide Ekpomupolo, alias Tompolo as a leader that has distinguished himself among his equals in the Nigerian State.

However, the former supervisory Councillor made the remark earlier today via a statement he personally signed, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

Jiga had also prayed to the Lord Almighty for protecting and preserving his life to see another birth anniversary, stressing that he feels so excited to celebrate his birth anniversary.
