Read Address Presented By Vera On The Okerenkoko Women Seminar

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good morning everyone.
On behalf of Timi Vera Dekawei and her team in collaboration with John Dekawei Foundation, i extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to each and everyone of you. It is with immense pleasure and anticipation that we gather here today for this significant women program. This is a dream come through having such a rare privilege and an avenue to enlighten,sensitise and educate our strong and ever energetic women. The female gender over time have not been getting the right attention, boost and push to actualise her God given potentials. Thank God this day finally came,it marks a new dispensation which will usher opportunities for self engagement,empowerment and self realisation.

We have gathered here with the common vision to celebrate and advocate for the empowerment of women. This program is a testament to our commitment towards fostering a society where women are given equal opportunities,support and encouragement to reach their full potentials.

Today, we come together to share knowledge,experience and insights that will undoubtedly inspire and empower all of us. Our hope is that the discussions and interactions in this program will encourage us to take impactful actions,both individually and collectively, to uplift and empower women in our communities and beyond. We have a remarkable lineup of speakers,and discussions planned,all aimed at promoting dialogue and action towards women’s empowerment.

We encourage active participation and open-mindedness as we embark on this enlightening journey together. Let us create an atmosphere of inclusivity and understanding throughout this program. Together,we can make a difference and contribute to a world where every woman’s potential is recognised,and celebrated.

We are optimistic that every woman present here today will be ignited from within to bring to bear the extraordinary STRENGTH deposited in us. All over the world,it has been seen over and over again how women have achieved great feat,also considering the level of support our fathers got from our mothers in the then days and also in recent times,when put in prospect goes a long way to tell how much a woman can be very Efficient and Reliable. On this note let us put our hearts and minds together as we celebrate the STRENGTH OF A WOMAN.
