A striving youth leader in the Niger Delta, Comr. Doubra Wuruyai Godswill will tomorrow Sunday 19th of November 2023 deliver a keynote address as the Abuja/Northern Nigeria Chapter of the Ijaw Youth Council Inaugurates its 5th leadership.
