Ward 7 Councillorship Aspirant Yanky Lauds Pondi On Empowerment Of 350 Constituents

A frontline councillorship aspirant in Ayakoromo ward 7, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Sir Timi Yanky, popularly known as celebrity Timi Yanky has lauded Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, Member Representing Burutu Federal Constituency, House of Representatives and Chairman House Committee on Environment on his empowerment to over 350 constituents across Burutu Federal Constituency.

Apostle Timi Yanky made the remark yesterday while playing host to some key Ayakoromo Community Youth leaders in Warri.

Speaking further, Celebrity Yanky had while lauding Hon. Pondi for the empowerment, had described the gesture as rare, stressing that Pondi is truly a blessing to the people of Burutu Federal Constituency, Delta State, Ijaw nation, Niger Delta and Nigeria at large.

However, the councillorship hopeful had tasked beneficiaries to make judicious use of the packages, adding that if well used, they could be self employed and will also add more value to others in the society, noting that the empowerment packages are items to their financial freedom.

Nevertheless, Yanky while describing Pondi as a detribalized leader in Burutu asserted that he is also appreciating Pondi for remembering people from his ward for the empowerment.

Meanwhile, Yanky maintained that Julius Pondi is no doubt a sqare peg in a square hole, adding that the legislative sagacity of Pondi is fast metamophosing into a poltical school of thought in Niger Delta.

“While I congratulate you on your victory thanksgiving, opening of your mansion and the empowerment programme. I want to State that the people of Burutu Federal Constituency did not make any mistake in re-electing you.

“We are very proud of you and your achievements so far, it is my prayer that the Lord Almighty shall continue to guide and protect you and give you more knowledge and unprecedented wisdom to continue to serve our people to the promised land.

“We are solidly behind your leadership”. Yanky added.
