Dekawei Hails Otuaro On PAP Appointment As New Administrator

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in South-South Nigeria, Amb. John Dekawei has congratulated High Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro on his appointment as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
The congratulatory message was contained in a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen in Warri yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
Dekawei asserted that the appointment of Chief (Dr) Dennis Burutu Otuaro as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is a step in the right direction, adding that Deltans and Niger Deltans are happy for the appointment.
However, we know that Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro will bring in his wealth of experience to the transformation of the Amnesty Programme.
“On behalf of my political family and all the various constituencies I represents, I congratulate you on your well-deserved appointment.
“We are very proud of you, you have been part and parcel of the Niger Delta struggle for liberation. May the Lord Almighty continue to endear you with the needed knowledge and wisdom to pilot the affairs of the office “. Dekawei added.
