HRH King Dr. Selky Kile Torughedi (Eyewei V) aka General Young Shall Grow Congratulates Dr. Dennis Otuaro on his appointment as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program.

HRH Dr Selky said, the appointment of Dr Dennis Otuaro is timely at a time when the Niger Delta Agitators has been clamoring for change as such his appointment is as a result of divine providence occassioned by his commitment to emancipate our people.

Therefore, I want to assure you that South Wing Mend is committed to work with you and the office you occupy to sustain peace, unity and prosperity in the Niger Delta region. Am also using this medium to encourage you to revisit the reasons why we accepted the Federal Government’s amnesty and the original master plan of the amnesty program.

I believe in your wealth of knowledge and the capacity to manage, enhance and to return the program to the core values of our struggle which is equity, fairness and justice.

I equally thank President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for having the courage for the paradym shift by appointing a technocrat of your pedigree to administer the amnesty program and considering you as the best candidate at this moment to restore the amnesty program to its original plan as set out by late President Yar’Adua.

Once more, I say Congratulations to a worthy Son of the Soil.
