BREAKING: Ekpebide Emerges 3 Phase Chairman Of PAP, Sends Greetings To Otuaro

Following the expiration of the General Elaye’s tenure as Chairman of the Phase III Ex-Agitators, popularly known as Generals in the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), a new national leadership of the Phase III Ex-Agitators have have been elected and inaugurated. Self styled General Preye Ekpebide has emerged Chairman of the Phase III of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

Preye Ekpebide emerged Chairman of the Phase III Ex-Agitators via a critical general meeting held by the Third phase ex-agitators in Warri on the 30th of March 2024 at Mind -West Inn Estate, at General Godday Smith aka Bounanaowei’s place in a well attended meeting.

Other officers elected together with General Preye Ekpebide to constitute the new national leadership of Third Phase Ex-agitators according to the various states are as follows:

(1) Preye Ekpebide =Chairman
(2) Angiamaowei, Richman Oyindoubra.= Secretary
(3) Henry M. Gomeromo = Publicity Secretary
(4) Okor Joseph= Welfare Officer
(5) Jessy Birinemugha = Legal Adviser
(6) Agas Odiri Kingsley= Provost. In a nutshell, that of Bayelsa State names of persons and the following positions are zone to
(1) Alhaji Letugbene= Vice Chairman
(2) Oyinle John Asenekiri = Ass. Secretary
(3) Abiri Stanley= Mobilization Officer
(4) Lucky Willy = Treasure
(5) Youbugha Paul Amas = Auditor General
(6) Owouple Owous= Ass Legal Adviser. Further more, Ondo State Candidate is Boro Opukutu = Spokesman.
And Edo State is also represented by One person, which name and position is also enumerated.

It was learnt that the heavily attended meeting was presided over by General Godday Smith, Bounanaowei, popularly known as King of the forest who is a renowned leader in the group.

Chairman of the Third Phase Ex-agitators, General Preye Ekpebide had in his acceptance speech appreciated members and leaders of the Third Phase, stressing that he will not betray the confidence reposed on him.

Speaking further, Preye promised to run an all inclusive leadership, adding that he will operate an open door policy and will put in his best in ensuring that he protects the interest of the group at all times, adding that his emergence as Chairman will be a victory for all.

Meanwhile, Ekpebide had congratulated High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro on his appointment as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, adding that Dennis will no doubt address the many woes bedeviling the programme as a man who truly understands the struggle.

He particularly prayed to the Lord Almighty to continue to give Otuaro the needed knowledge and unprecedented wisdom to pilot the affairs of the Presidential Amnesty Programme to the promised land.
