IYC Commends PAP Administrator’s Move Over Universities Tour, Says Otuaro Is Starting Well

The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has commended Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) over his recent tour to universities where PAP students are studying in the country. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report.
The IYC had in a statement signed and issued to newsmen in Warri earlier today on behalf of council by Amb. Binebai Yerin Princewill, Spokesman Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide described the move as a step in the right direction, stressing that Dr. Dennis Otuaro is starting well as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
However, IYC had particularly lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his National Security Adviser (NSA), Malam Nuhu Ribadu for giving Otuaro the opportunity to display his administrative acumen.

IYC Commends Otuaro Over Universities Tour For PAP Students
1. The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has commended Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) for touring Universities in Nigeria to interface with authorities and PAP students in their respective universities.
2. As the apex Ijaw Youth body covering all Ijaw Youths across the World, we want to State unequivocally that Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is starting very well as the IYC is not surprised as he is known for his delivering capacity.
3. Education anywhere in the World has been the mother of development in all spheres of life, hence the move by Otuaro to prioritise Education via his recent tour to universities is a step in the right direction and as critical stakeholders in the region and country at large, we are applauding him for his well thought out move. These are some of the very important moves that have been missing in the programme for years now.
4. The Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme is no doubt a recipe for the peace currently enjoyed in the region hence the programme needs people like Otuaro to sustain the existing peace in the region as he is abreast with the myriad of issues bedeviling the region and the main objectives of the programme.
5. In just few months of assuming office as PAP Administrator, Otuaro is showing clear commitment that he is going to deliver by starting with a clear vision of positively revamping the programme for the good of Niger Deltans and beneficiaries of the programme. He is bringing the programme more closer to the people.
6. However, Council is once again commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing the right man for the job, for the umpteen time, Otuaro’s appointment is one of the best appointment to the Niger Delta people so far as the PAP Administrator is already addressing the issues surrounding the programme with a view of living up to the expectations of Niger Deltans.
7. We are also commending the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu for creating the enabling environment for Dr. Dennis Otuaro to work as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Beneficiaries and stakeholders of the programme are already feeling the positive impact of Otuaro.
8. Council is calling on good spirited Niger Deltans and stakeholders of the Niger Delta region to work closely with Otuaro to fully implement the core objectives of the programme. Otuaro should not be distracted but should be rather encouraged by all those who think well of a better Niger Delta.
