Pondi Appreciates Governor Oborevwori For Making History By Appointing Two Commissioners In Burutu

Member Representing Burutu Federal Constituency, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi has appreciated His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State for appointing two commissioners in Burutu Local Government Area.
This was contained in a statement he personally signed, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide yesterday.
Hon. Julius Pondi who is the House Committee Chairman on Environment noted that he feels so excited to see the appointment of Chief (Hon) Ebikeme Clark, stressing that this will be the first time ever that Burutu will be having two commissioners in the Delta State executive Council.
While describing the appointment of two commissioners in Burutu Local Government as long overdue, Pondi noted that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori deserved to be commended specially, adding that he has made a glowing history that will stand the test of time by appointing two commissioners in Burutu.
However, while lauding the Governor whom he described as a listening Governor, Pondi had also congratulated Chief (Hon) Ebikeme Clark on his well-deserved appointment as commissioner.
Speaking further, Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi expressed optimism that Ebikeme Clark is a square peg in a square hole, stressing that Clark will put in his best in contributing massively to boost the M.O. R. E agenda of Governor Oborevwori.
He maintained that Ebikeme Clark as a former Chairman of Burutu Local Government and as a politician that has been working with successive Governors by holding different key positions have the democratic credentials and ingredients to deliver fully in this new office.
“I on behalf of the entire people of Burutu Federal Constituency appreciate His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State for appointing one of the finest in Burutu as Commissioner, thereby making history. His has been broken.
“I am particularly excited because two commissioners in Burutu Local Government is long overdue, today the Lord Almighty has used Governor Oborevwori to make it happen and we are extremely grateful and happy.
“Meanwhile, I am also using this medium to congratulate Chief (Hon) Ebikeme Clark on his well-deserved appointment as a commissioner, I am optimistic that we will all work together to make Burutu Local Government great ” Pondi asserted.
