IYC Comends Governor Diri For Appointing Alfred As Commissioner, Says Nimizigha Is Capable, Competent

The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has commended His Excellency, Hon. Douye Diri, Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, popularly known as the Governor general of Ijaw Nation for appointing Alfred Nimizigha Kemepado as commissioner for youth, Bayelsa State.
The commendation was contained in a statement personally signed and made available to newsmen in Warri by Spokesman of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Amb. Binebai Yerin Princewill, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

IYC Commends Governor Diri For Appointing Alfred, Says Nimizigha Is A Capable Hand
The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has commended His Excellency, Hon. Douye Diri, Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, popularly known as the Governor general of Ijaw nation for appointing Alfred Nimizigha Kemepado as commissioner for youth, Bayelsa State.
For us as a council, Alfred Nimizigha Kemepado is among one of the finest youth leaders in Bayelsa State who have contributed his quota towards the growth and development of Niger Delta, Bayelsa, Ijaw and Nigeria as a whole.
The IYC is commending the Governor considering the fact that Alfred is a former secretary general of the highly revered Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, a position he used to the admiration of all in Niger Delta and Ijaw nation.
As a proud product of the Ijaw Youth Council and the struggle, we have no iota of doubt that Alfred Nimizigha will perform well in this new office as commissioner for youth, Bayelsa State, he is no doubt a perfect man for the job and a square peg in a square hole. He understands the issues and yearnings of our dogged and intelligent youths. He has done it before, hence we are confident that he will do it again.
However, we are confident that Nimizigha will bring in his best with his wealth of experience by working closely with His Excellency, Hon. Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State and others in building the Bayelsa of our dream.
Nevertheless, as a lover of youths, we are optimistic that Alfred will use his highly valuable and exalted position to continue in the empowering of Ijaw Youths in Bayelsa State for his appointment is a well-deserved one, it is a reward for hard work.
The IYC as your family in the resource control and self determination struggle, we want to once again congratulate you on your well-deserved appointment and by extension appreciating our Governor of Bayelsa State for considering one of our finest for the appointment. Alfred is a capable and highly competent hand.
Finally, the IYC is also using this medium to appreciate His Excellency, Hon. Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State for all he has been doing in sustaining the struggle and support for the IYC and its activities.
