Otuaro’s Hometown, Okerenkoko In Delta Celebrates PAP Boss On Birth Anniversary

The people of Okerenkoko Federated Community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State has congratulated High Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD on his birth anniversary.
The congratulatory message was personally signed and issued to newsmen in Warri earlier today by Dr. Shedrack Otuaro, Chairman Okerenkoko Federated Community, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
However, the community while extolling PAP boss Otuaro on his birth anniversary had described Dr. Dennis as a blessing to humanity and a good ambassador of Okerenkoko Federated Community that should be emulated.
Speaking further, Chairman of Okerenkoko Federated Community, Shedrack Otuaro noted that the community is proud of Dr. Dennis, stressing that the community will do all within its powers to support the PAP boss in his office, adding that the community cannot keep quiet on the birth anniversary of Dr. Dennis Otuaro.
