A renowned Niger Delta Youth leader, Amb. John Dekawei, Chairman of the John Dekawei Foundation (JDF) and South South APC Youth leader will on October 25th 2024 join other family members to bury his father-inlaw Amb. Ganfo Pere in Ondo State.
Amb. John Dekawei had invited friends and well wishers to join him as he gives his late father-Inlaw a befitting burial.
Other details of the burial is stated below:
The remains of Late Ambassador Pere Ganfo, will be laid to rest on 25th October 2024 in his home town Arogbo, Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
According to the funeral programme signed by Pa Godwin Ganfo for the family and Mr Oweikimi Ganfo for the children of the deceased, there will be a Service of Songs on Wednesday 23rd October,2024 , at his residence, Ambassador Pere Close,Jolo Junction, Irese Road, Akure, Ondo State.
On Thursday 24th October 2024, body leaves Unimed Mortuary,Akure by 9am for his residence and further taken to his home town Arogbo Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, to be followed by Christian wake keep at Ganfos Compound.
On Friday 25th October,2024 body leaves Arogbo for funeral service at his church, Zion Ambassador Church of Christ at Omogbemi Street, Irese Road, Akure, Ondo State, to be followed immediately by internment, reception and entertainment at Arogbo his home town in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State by 7pm till dawn, while music is to be supplied by Sofiyegha Taye.
The funeral programme will be rounded up on Sunday 27 October,2024 with a family thanksgiving service at Zion Ambassador Church of Christ, Omogbemi street, Irese Road, Akure,Ondo State .
Late Ambassador Pere Ganfo aged 65 years is survived by a wife, six children and seven grandchildren.
