IYC Celebrates Governor Fubara and Senator Dickson, Describes Duo as Champions of Development
The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide extends warm greetings to His Excellency, Siminalaye Fubara (Sim), Governor of Rivers State, and His Excellency, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, on their respective birthdays.
As we celebrate these two prominent leaders today, the IYC acknowledges their significant and impactful leadership, not only in Nigeria and the Niger Delta but also within the Ijaw nation, as well as in Rivers and Bayelsa States. These two distinguished figures have demonstrated exemplary leadership and are champions of development in the Niger Delta.
The remarkable progress witnessed in Bayelsa State under the leadership of Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, including his strong legislative voice in the Senate, cannot be overstated. He is undoubtedly a blessing to the Ijaw nation.
On the other hand, Governor Siminalayi Fubara has, within less than two years, shown strong leadership by transforming Rivers for the benefit of its people. This achievement is particularly noteworthy considering the political turmoil that the state has faced.
The IYC has no doubt that Governor Fubara will conclude his tenure with an undisputed record as the best Governor of Rivers State. His developmental blueprints already speak volumes about his exceptional leadership qualities.
As a council, we pray that the Almighty God continues to grant these patriotic leaders of the Ijaw nation greater knowledge and wisdom to achieve even more in their respective positions. We also pray for their continued good health and prosperity.
The entire Ijaw nation is proud of His Excellency, Siminalaye Fubara, Governor of Rivers State, and His Excellency, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, Senator representing Sagbama/Ekeremor Senatorial District, Bayelsa State, for their steadfast commitment to the growth and development of Ijaw nation.
Signed:
Amb. Binebai Yerin Princewill
Spokesman, Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide.
