A group operating under the auspices of Concern Niger Delta Youths/Niger Delta Ex-Agitators has written His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be wary of those attacking High Chief Governor Oweizide Ekpemupolo, Tompolo, Chairman Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, Administrator Presidential Amnesty Programme, Matthew Tonlagha, Vice Chairman Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited and Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, MD Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited.
This was contained in a statement personally signed on behalf of the group by Gen Emma Satu, Spokesman Concern Niger Delta Youths / Niger Delta Ex-Agitators, a copy of which was sent to newsmen earlier today.

Concern Niger Delta Youths/Niger Delta Ex-Agitators has written President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be wary of those engaging on campaign of calumny against High Chief (Dr) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, Chairman Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Engr. Matthew Tonlagha, Vice Chairman Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, Md Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited and Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, Administrator Presidential Amnesty Programme.
As a law abiding organisation, it is not our style to respond to every person or group of persons but as a critical organisation in the Niger Delta, it is our duty to correct certain individuals when they are going out of line with a clear vindictive mission to twist and spread falsehood against our selfless leaders.
It is nothing but pure envy, selfishness and unprogressiveness that will make anyone or group of persons to deliberately spread falsehood against a living saint like Tompolo, all the good things the Tantita Security Services is doing to improve oil production and Dr. Dennis Otuaro who has been redefining the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme in a positive way like never before since the birth of the programme.
We are using this medium to inform President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that the Federal Government of Nigeria must begin to watch characters like Chief Bibopre Ajube, alias shoot at sight, Gen. Boyloaf and others whose stuck in trade is to blackmail illustrious sons of Ijaw nation so that they can freely engage in their illegal activities in the Niger Delta region.
One of the best decision taken by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the renewal of the Pipeline Surveillance Security Contract to Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited and the appointment of Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, as Administrator Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Why are the likes of Bibopre Ajube always think that whenever men of goodwill staged protest to clear the air on the true position of things in the region, they are quick to say it is sponsored by Tompolo, Otuaro, Matthew Tonlagha and others, the question is who is now sponsoring the anti Tompolo, Otuaro, Tantita, Kestin Pondi, Matthew Tonlagha and others protests in Nigeria and even abroad. The truth is that we know that all these unpatriotic protests are sponsored by Ajube, Boyloaf and their crew.
Let this be known that our 16th March 2025 protest in Yenagoa was not sponsored by the Administrator Presidential Amnesty programme, Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, nor Tompolo or any other leader in Nigeria, but it was a good spirited move by the Concern Niger Delta Youths/ Niger Delta Ex-Agitators to correct the many falsehood peddled around by those that never want the progress of Nigeria and Niger Delta.
PAP under Otuaro has invested so much on peace-building by engaging with almost all stakeholders in the region, the deployment of students on the onshore and offshore scholarships scheme of the programme is at its all time highest scale since the birth of the programme.
Otuaro’s leadership in the Presidential Amnesty Programme has aggressively embarked on empowerment packages for students, training of students in the Marine sector and the programme is now giving every stakeholder a sense of belonging. Otuaro as PAP boss is no doubt correcting the many years of rot in the Amnesty Programme hence corruption is now fighting back, it is no longer business as usual for some persons hence they have resorted to blackmails.
In the face of baseless accusations and malicious attempts to tarnish the reputations of our esteemed leaders, we stand united and resolute. We will not be swayed by the petty machinations of those who seek to divide us. Our leaders, Chief (Dr.) Government Ekpemupolo (Tompolo), Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Engr. Matthew Tonlagha, Vice Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, and Engr. Kestin Pondi, MD of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the Ijaw cause, the Niger Delta struggle for liberation, and the sustainability of peace in the Nigerian State.
As critical stakeholders in the Niger Delta, we reiterate our confidence in Tantita and Otuaro. We are against any move that tends to undermine our leaders. We call on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to completely ignore and disregard the vindictively sponsored attacks on Tantita, Otuaro, and other Ijaw leaders doing well in their various leadership positions.
Tompolo, Tantita and Otuaro as PAP Administrator has been making huge sacrifices in sustaining peace in the region. They deserves accolades from all right thinking Nigerians and not cheap blackmails and vilification.
