IYC Congratulates Otuaro On Birth Anniversary, Says PAP Truly In Safe, Capable Hand
The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide congratulates High Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro, PhD, Administrator Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) on his birth anniversary.
For us as a council, we are once again lauding His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Otuaro as Administrator Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) at this critical time, the Amnesty Programme is truly in a very capable and safe hands of Dr. Dennis Otuaro.
The Niger Delta people and Ijaws had long yearned for someone who truly understands the plight of the people on whose blood the Amnesty Programme was established, but the Lord Almighty used President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to appoint Dr. Dennis Otuaro to revamp the Amnesty Programme as a true product of the struggle.
Today, the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide is proud to say that the few months that Otuaro has served as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), the programme has been historic, remarkable and full of positive achievements. Otuaro is productively redefining the programme in the proper sense for the benefit of all.
We note remarkably that, more than ever, the people in the Niger Delta region are feeling the positive impact of the Presidential Amnesty Programme under Otuaro as he has brought the programme closer to stakeholders, leaders and people of the region with almost everyone having a sense of belonging.
Otuaro’s relentless and painstaking stakeholders engagements across the region since he assumed office stands him out among his equals and the IYC is very proud of him, he has done a lot in sustaining peace in the region. He has shown capacity and proven that he is truly a round peg in a round hole.
The council is also commending the PAP Administrator on his educational tour across universities to see how students of the Presidential Amnesty Programme are ferring. He has also made huge commitments in sending students abroad and for training on vocational skills for delegates of the programme.
Finally, it is our prayer that the Lord Almighty shall continue to envelop Otuaro with more wisdom and unprecedented knowledge to continue to pilot the affairs of the Presidential Amnesty Programme to its enviable height. Long life and prosperity, we pray for you. The IYC is ready to give you the needed support whenever the need arises.
Signed.
