Delta 2023: APC Group Hails Choice Of Osanebi As Running Mate To Omo-Agege
Reacting to the decision of the Delta State APC chapter on Osanebi to be the running mate to Senator Omo-Agege, the National Coordinator, ND-APC YV, in a statement signed by its President/National Coordinator, Gen Fiawei Pathfinder, Commended the process Osanebi emerged as running mate.
According to the statement, the group which consistent of core believers and supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, have thrown its weight behind the Omo-Agege/Osanebi governorship ticket.
Also assured that as a grassroots based organisation with membership of ex-agitators including progressive-minded stakeholders with structures across the nine States of the Niger Delta region unanimously endorsed the deputy governorship candidate slot of the former Deputy Speaker of Delta State House of of Assembly, the group express optimism that the duo are men of integrity with impeachable track record of good governance that will change the narrative come 2023.
Rt Hon Osanebi is an elected State Assembly member representing Ndokwa East Constituency and Former Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly.
The statement reads in part, “The leadership of Niger Delta APC Youth Vanguard who are core believers and supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration, which is made up by ex-agitators with progressive stakeholders of like minds with Coordinators cut across the nine States of the Niger Delta region unanimously congratulate the emergence of Rt Hon Friday Osai Osanebi, the former Deputy Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly as running mate to His Excellency, DISTINGUISHED SENATOR OVIE OMO-AGEGE, standard bearer of of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State for 2023 governorship election.
