Warefa Rejoice Over Ogbanabou Marginal Field License Awarded To KMPSL
A grass root politician in the Niger Delta region, Hon. Victor Warefa, a marine engineer and a renowned philanthropist has congratulated Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, Managing Director (MD) of Kalm Marine and Petroleum Services Limited (KMPSL) on the recent award of Petroleum Prospecting License (PPL) for Ogbanabou Field (PPL 213) by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).
The revered Niger Delta philanthropist, Hon. Victor Warefa issued the congratulatory message to newsmen in Warri earlier today via a statement he personally signed, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
Hon. Victor Warefa stated that the MD, Kalm Marine and Petroleum Services Limited, Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi has over the years served Nigerians, particularly Niger Deltans as a unifier, stressing that the Federal Government of Nigeria deserved to be praised for recognising a man that has truly done well for the country.
In his words: ‘I wish to humbly congratulate the board of directors and management of Kalm Marine and Petroleum Services Limited under the leadership of Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi for a successful award of Petroleum Processing License (PPL) bid for Ogbanabou Field (PPL213) as awarded by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, on the 28th of June, 2022 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.
“I congratulate you on behalf of myself, family and all the constituencies that I represents on this your latest achievement. Niger Deltans are truly proud of you. You are indeed a man with great business idea, unifier and a man that have sacrificed a lot towards the growth and development of the region.
“I am very proud as you have written your name in the oil industry for the betterment of your people. I am very proud of you. Once again congratulations.
“It is my prayer that you shall be granted the needed wisdom and strength to break more records and unprecedented exploits in the oil and gas industry of Nigeria and beyond “.
It would be recalled that Hon. Victor Warefa is a former candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
