According to an attestation letter from the health care center, the letter confirmed that Keniebe Okoko was admitted into the facility and was receiving treatment from the team of medical doctors in the health care and diagnostic center.
The attestation posited that they last saw him on April 14th 2020, stressing that he was then suffering from localized fat in abdomen and breasts.
In pening down the primary and secondary cause of the death, the Amethyst Health Care & Diagnostic Center Limited in Lagos confirmed that the primary cause of his death was Hypoxia and Cardiac arrest as secondary cause of his death.
Meanwhile, a video showing the lifeless body of Keniebe Okoko in the said facility was sent to The Liberator Newspaper confirming his death.
It would be recalled that there had been counter and cross counter reports about the death of the renowned philanthropist.
However, The Liberator Newspaper can report that the entire Ijaw nation has been thrown into deep morning as he was a pillar in Ijaw nation before his painful demise.
Another source who hinted our reporter with the condition of anonimity noted that he actually died last night and when the news broke earlier, loved ones, family members, particularly the mother nearly passed out hence they came up with a make shift story that he is alive in order to pacify the mother and others which according to our source gave birth to the counter publications.
As at the time of filling this report, the hospital has been sealed as Ijaw Youths thronged out in their numbers defying the lockdown order in the state, wanting to set the center ablaze but was calmed down by the intervention of notable Ijaw leaders who pleaded with the aggrieved youths.
Our source noted that Keniebe died out of negligence on the part of health workers in the hospital.
