Odumalagba celebrates Ibori at 61, describes him as a leader to reckon with
A United Nations, UN POLAC, Global Peace Ambassador, His Excellency, Amb. Anthony E. Alapala, popularly known as Odumalagba has felicitated with Chief James Onanefe Ibori on his 61st birth anniversary.
Odumalagba, one of the finest Niger Delta philanthropist had particularly described the former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori as a political figure to reckon with in Nigeria, particularly Delta State.
He had maintained that the former Governor remains one of the best thing that has ever happened to the state, stressing that his leadership qualities and developmental strides in Delta while as a governor of the state will continue to stand the test of time.
Alapala, a multifaceted award winning Niger Deltan, had prayed for long life and prosperity for Chief James Ibori, adding that the former Governor should continue to be strong and healthy for Deltans to enjoy him.
However, the renowned global peace advocate had asserted that the political relevance of James Ibori in the Delta State politics long after leaving office despite his political incarceration speaks volumes about his great personality.
In his words: “I can’t keep quiet today being the birthday anniversary of our leader, Chief James Ibori, I must add my voice to that of the multifaceted birthday messages on our leader, you have truly done well in your political journey in life.
“Delta as a state is very proud of you, continue to soar high and higher, you are a true leader, the Odidigborigbo of the World”.
