​World Peace Day: Guwor sue for peace, commends Aladja/Ogbe-Ijoh peace move

The member representing Warri South in the Delta State House of Assembly Hon. Guwor Emomotimi Dennis has underscored the importance of peace and harmonious living  as the world mark ‘World Peace Day.’

Guwor , through a release personally signed by him and made available to newsmen on Tuesday urged Nigerians to allow peace reign at all times.
The Lawmaker noted that no society can achieve any meaningful development or make  progress in the absence of peace and tranquility.
He noted that this year’s celebration is double for the people of Warri South because of  the path of peace that the hitherto warring communities of Aladja and Ogbe-Ijoh have chosen.
He urged Nigerians to embrace, walk for and speak peace at all  times, and allow it to lead them in their actions
“A troubled-water cannot hold anything meaningful. Peace is everything there is to attract meaningful development and progress.”
“Today is International Peace Day. This year’s celebration is a double for us at Warri South West for the path of  progress and nobility our people have chosen.”
“Walk for peace. Speak peace. Embrace peace. Let love lead and you will ultimately find one.”
“Congratulations and do have a wonderful celebration.”
