​Prophet Jeremiah Debunks Assassination Allegation, Says The Sins Of Olie Chucks Running After Him

General Overseer of Christ  MercyLand Deliverance Ministry, Snr. Prophet  Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, popularly known as Owomowomo has debunked allegations levelled against his ministry by one Mr. Olie Chucks that the church sent assassins after him with claims that the anointed man of God is owing him money owing to projects he has built for the Church. 

In narrating what truly transpired between the Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry and Mr. Olie Chucks,  Senior Special Adviser to the revered International man God, Mr. Okuma Sunday hinted The Liberator Newspapers on behalf of the Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry  that the church cannot stoop so low in thinking about assassinating anyone. 

While describing the allegation as a pure blackmail against the revered man of God and the church, Mr. Sunday said the response from the church becomes necessary for the general public not to be misled by such lies, adding that the general public derserves to know the truth of the whole matter. 

Okuma Sunday while calling on the general public to completely ignore and disregard such lies from the pit of hell noted that Mr. Olie Chucks is a man fighting with his sins, adding that his sins are running after him. 

The SSA to the man of God, Mr. Sunday explained that Mr. Chucks Olie came to the Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry in search for greener pastures in 2014, out of his love for helping humanity, the man of God Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin took him in and started working with him as Direct Labour /Project Supervisor to execute structures in Mercy City, the church premises in Warri, a situation Sunday said has since then rapidly transformed the financial status of Mr. Chucks Olie who is being regularly blessed by the man of God. 

Okuma continued that despites the Church having over forty (40) Engineers to executive projects, the man of God seem show more love on Mr. Olie Chucks by awarding him series of contracts probably due to the way Mr. Chucks came into the church.

SSA Sunday maintained that trouble started when the church noticed some questionable characters within the activities of Mr. Chucks hence the church decided to hire  a quantity surveyor (QS) who quantifies some of these projects embarked upon by Mr. Chucks and others, emphasising that all the jobs given out to Chucks, it is the Church that usually provides blocs for the projects. 

After looking into the activities of Mr. Chucks Olie with particular regard to his projects, the Church came to the shocking realization that Chucks was inflating the the sum of contracts, supply of substandard materials, crass incompetence and other dubious characters including seeming abandonment of contracts where inherent in Mr. Chucks dealings with the church hence the call for checks and balance. 

Mr. Okuma Sunday stressed that the church has evidence on how Mr. Chucks tries to conive with a certain Quantity Surveyor (QS) in the Church  to inflate the sum of a contract already awarded to Mr. Chucks with additional huge sum of money which was exposed before the man of God. 

Sunday said the manipulative and fraudulent activities of Mr. Chucks got to a climax hence Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry as a church decided to invite him for him to repent from his questionable ways, he continued that despite the embezzlement of huge sum of money without executing projects to their commensurate levels, the man of God was even willing to forgive him following the plea from stakeholders in the Church. 

Okuma asserted that it was like a drama when Mr. Chucks Olie approached the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, General Overseer Of Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry is owing him money from projects he has executed for the Church. 

Contrary to his claims, Sunday clarified the matter by saying that it is rather Chucks that is owing the Church huge sum of money, a position the Church went to affirm with the EFCC during their invitation via Chucks. 

Sunday said the Church could not have kept quiet despite all efforts geared towards letting Chucks go away freely have continued to hit the brick wall as he keeps on fighting the church. 

He opined that the church was left with no choice than to report Mr. Chucks to the AIG, Zone 5 in Benin, Edo State for the law to take its course, Sunday noted that after reporting the matter to the police, the police has been looking for him to do their job but Mr. Chucks keeps evading arrest until recently the police tracked him to a place he was in Warri which allegedly saw him running into a certain church for cover up.

Sunday stressed further that upon entering the church, members of the church in a protective manner came out, obviously believing the alleged twisted story he must have told them came hence the police have to leave the environment in order not to cause further commotion. 

However, it was said that when Mr. Chucks and some members of the congregation came out, they saw a vehicle belonging to Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry hence the assumption that the church sent assassins after him. 

But in stating the position Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry on behalf of the Church, Mr. Okuma Sunday said the Church vehicle was dispatched from the church to serve as a pointer to identify Mr. Chucks to the Police as the Police don’t know Mr. Chucks. 

Meanwhile, Mr. Olie Chucks had also claimed that the alleged assassins also shot sporadically to destroy the glasses of his car. 

Nevertheless, these where some questions asked by Mr. Sunday on behalf of Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry that “how can alleged  assassins that were supposed to be hidding their identity openly brandishing their identity via a church vehicle? He said again that there is a huge difference between when a gunshot is fired  to a glass of a car and one that is been destroyed deliberately with wood or other objects, gunshots  peers through the glass of a car not something that appears to be deliberately destroyed,.” He keeps on wondering. 

Sunday said the Church views the activities of Mr. Chucks Olie as a gimmick to blackmail the man of God to collect money, adding that he has failed as the church has enough evidence against him that Mr. Chucks will be the one to pay back money to the church for the inflation, supply of substandard materials and the abandonment of projects despites collecting huge sum of money from the church to executive such projects.  

Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin had tasked media practitioners to investigate and verify the authenticity of the sources of their information pproperly before publishing, stressing that free, fair, credible, balanced and truthful reportage remains the key guiding principles of the media profession.

Fufeyin particularly cautioned media houses to stop misleading members of the general public with fake news and not to be an aggrieved party on issues by reporting only from one side. 

He continued that the ways of God are not the ways of men, adding that whoever that is bent on blackmailing him is not fighting him but God, maintaining that he is not bothered in anyway.

Prophet Jeremiah said he is aware that the devil is trying by all means necessary to  bring him down but assured his teeming worshippers and members of the general public to keep calm as God is in control, he said it was not easy for Jesus Christ while he was on earth, hence he is not surprised at the false negative publications and others that may even arise from other quarters in subsequent times, noting that there is no atom of truth in the various publications twisted against him, rather he is the one that is being blackmailed.
