In a condolence statement by the Chairman of the Movement for Actualization of the Dreams of Niger Deltans who is a former warlord of the defunct Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta, MEND; Mr. Josiah Oyakonghan aka Commander Oyimi sympathizing with; His Royal Majesty Elder Capt Joseph I. Timiyan JP (Ph.D)- The Ebenanawei of Ogulagha Kingdom and Chairman Ijaw Traditional Rulers Forum, Delta State over the demise of his mother Chief (Mrs) Mama Amoguye Timiyan (Nee Diegbegha)- while praying that the soul of the deceased finds repose.

Commander Oyimi in the statement paid tributes to the matriarch, adding that the oil-rich Kingdom’s King mother epitomizes excellence, love and unity and of course other shining and exemplary virtues.

He said, “The news of the passage of mama, is heavy in our hearts. It is very touching to lose a mother who epitomizes excellence, love and unity and of course other shining and exemplary virtues..”

MADND Sympathizes Agbonu

The former warlords of the Defunct Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) and members for the Movement for the Actualisation of the Dreams of Niger Deltans (MADND) sympathizes with His Royal Majesty Elder Capt Joseph I. Timiyan JP (Ph.D)- The Ebenanawei of Ogulagha Kingdom and Chairman Ijaw Traditional Rulers Forum, Delta State over the demise of his mother Chief (Mrs) Mama Amoguye Timiyan (Nee Diegbegha).

The news of the passage of mama, is heavy in our hearts. It is very touching to lose a mother who epitomizes excellence, love and unity and of course other shining and exemplary virtues.

Indeed, mothers are the most valuable gifts in our life. They are the blessings we behold forever. Losing such kind of person is irreparable.

With the various condolence messages we have read in the pages of newspapers, we can posit that mama was; indeed, a charming and affectionate matriarch who cultivated memorable relationships among her family members including; her friends. Hence, we pray that the soul of the deceased finds repose.

Once again, His Royal Majesty: please accept our condolences, she will not be forgotten and may the love of family
and friends comfort you during these difficult days.
