The Environmental Specialist Comr. Franklin Magada, I am extremely excited and very pleased to send my warmest congratulations on your newest appointment as Special Assistance, Delta State Environmental Protection Agency (DELSEPA) to the Executive Governor of Delta State His Excellency Senator Dr Ifeanyi Author Okowa.
It’s undiluted service, loyalty and accomplishment that led to this point of which you truly deserve it.
My dear friend and brother obviously, you have worked so hard on yourself and create the necessary advantage to considered worthy of this appointment.
I think my message will not be complete with thanking Hon. Dagidi Andaye the National Coordinator of Ijaw Mandate Group the one who believe in you and made you his Chief of Staff and who also facilitated this appointment.
My thanks also goes to His Excellency Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Author Okowa, the Governor of Delta State for believing in the youth in appointing a Youth as the Political Head of Environmental Agency (DELSEPA) Mr. Franklin D. Magada, who is a Environmental Specialist and Professional that recently banged Masters Degree in Health, Environment, Safety and Security Options in Federal Petroleum Resources University, (FUPRE) and now doing his PhD in Environment.
SSA Environmental Franklin Magada my dear friend, I wish you the best of luck in your position as SSA to the Governor on Environmental Protection Agency.
And I have no doubt that you will excel in this ur role and make everyone proud. I look forward to even more success news about you, which you are very much capable of.
