Akpodubakaye Celebrates Former Niger Delta Warlord Boyloaf As He Bags Distinction On M.Sc Degree

A Niger Delta social crusader, a grassroot politician and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Hon. Jude Akpodubakaye have celebrated one of the leading Niger Delta freedom fighter, Victor Ebikabowei Ben, popularly known as Gen. Boyloaf on his graduation at Base University.
It would be recall that Gen. Boyloaf graduated from the Base University with distinction under the department of Intelligence and Global Security.
The Delta state APC chieftain, Hon. Jude issued the congratulatory message via a statement he personally released on his Facebook timeline yesterday, a copy of which was obtained by The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
The statement read below:
APPRECIATION OF GEN. BOYLOAF’S ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AT BASE UNIVERSITY, ABUJA
Sound education enables one to put his or her potentials to optimum use by way of character reformation, resulting in increased knowledge which strengthens the intellect of the beneficiary to act rationally and independently, with a view to making meaningful contributions to society.
It is on the above note that I want to specially congratulate my bossman, Mr. Ben Ebikabowei aka, Gen. Boyloaf, on his academic accomplishments at the Base University, Abuja where he came out with distinction in his Masters (M.Sc.) in Intelligence and Global Security, after making a First Class in his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Relations and Diplomacy.
