2023: Delta APC Youths Meet, Vows To Crumble PDP, Knocks Okowa Over Borrowing

Youths of the Delta State All Progressives Congress (APC) in all the 25 Local Government Areas of the state on Sunday met in Warri with a vow to crumble the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the fast approaching general elections. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report
The meeting which was summoned and presided over by Comr. Napoleon Kenerekedi, Youth leader of the Delta State APC in Warri yesterday at the Festus Keyamu’s Hall in Agric Road, Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State saw several APC Youths across the state that turned out in their numbers to brainstorm on the way forward. 
However, Comr. Kenerekedi Napoleon noted that the meeting was called essentially to strengthen and encourage the APC Youths in the state and to discuss issues affecting the state and the 2023 general elections. While the Youths had in their separate messages vowed to end the reign of PDP in Delta state beginning from the forthcoming general elections, they had also knocked the Governor of Delta State and vice Presidential candidate of the PDP, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa over his borrowings, describing the situation as unacceptable.
Comr. Napoleon particularly accused Governor Okowa of borrowing money with the name of Delta State to fund his 2023 political ambition, stressing that enough is enough. Napoleon had promised that soon enough, the APC Youths will be on the streets of Delta State with a massive protest against Okowa, adding that the borrowings are becoming senseless. 
According to the Delta State APC youth leader, he said “more worrisome is the fact that the borrowings of Okowa is not meant for the development of the state but is rather to fund his personal political campaign and ambition. “
In his words “Delta State belong to all of us, we will put a stop to Okowa from using our state name to be borrowing money that does not in any way translate to the development of the state. We are going to occupy the streets of Delta state to protest against this act soon. “And when we storm the streets of Delta state, it will be massive. “Meanwhile, Kenerekedi had called on APC leaders in the state to encourage the APC Youths in the state to enable them secure victory for the party. “INEC has stated that the youths of Nigeria constitutes 70% of the total voting population in the 2023 general elections. We are going to annex this window of opportunity as Youths in the state to secure victory for our party. To achieve this, we also need little push and support from our leaders ” Kenerekedi added.
