NDYC Congratulate Heineken, Other Ministers With A Charge To Develop Niger Delta

The Niger Delta Youth Council (NDYC) has congratulated Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, Minister for State, Petroleum Resources (Oil) on his appointment.

The Niger Delta Youth Council issued the congratulatory message to newsmen in Warri recently via a statement jointly signed by the duo of Amb. Mamamu Bene Youkore as President and Comr. Onitsha Ebikeme Shadrach, Secretary of NDYC, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

The statement had also congratulated Abubakar Momoh, Minister for Niger Delta Affairs as well as other ministers from the Niger Delta region.

However, the Niger Delta Youth Council had particularly charged the newly inaugurated ministers to prioritise the rapid development of the Niger Delta region, stressing that they must work together in ensuring that the region is given its due developmental attention.

According to the duo, they maintained that the Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Bola Tinubu must make a difference in the Niger Delta by ensuring that the Niger Delta region and her people are given fair treatment in the Nigerian State.

Speaking further, the duo of Amb. Mamamu Bene Youkore, popularly known as young chief and Comr. Onitsha Ebikeme Shadrach appreciated President Tinubu by reinstating the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, adding that he has demonstrated clearly that he is a lover of the people.
