The Delta Ijaw APC Working committee members have heartily congratulated Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro Ph.D for on his well-deserved appointment as the administrator, presidential amnesty program (PAP).

Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro rose from the ranks of a student unionist as an undergraduate before obtaining an MSc in public administration and subsequently getting a PhD in comparative politics and development studies.

He had previously served as a top-level executive of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) with maximum experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure development, security, environmental remediation, as well as oil and gas.

The congratulatory message signed by the duo of Comr. Napoleon Kenerekedi, APC Youth Leader, Delta State and Paul Azorbo Amabiri, APC Auditor, Delta State, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide yesterday.

The statement reads in part below:

This amazing appointment is a stepping stone to reshape and reorganise the amnesty program because of his ability to relentlessly search for solutions to problems and find innovative means to tackle bottlenecks.

An academic Don,a grassrooted APC member who have over the years promoted peace,development and innovation. We are glad that these principles which are the bedrock of the amnesty program will be finally established in the course of discharging his duties as the administrator.

We appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding him worthy of this appointment, for he has found a technocrat with the requisite expertise to take the amnesty program to its expected heights.

We appreciate Delta APC leadership for the support and ensuring Delta state is favoured this time around.
