Gen Young Shall Grow Backs Otuaro On PAP Appointment, Advice Traducers To Retrace Steps

A highly revered Niger Delta ex-agitator, HRH Dr Selky Kile Toroghedi (Eyewei V), popularly known as Gen. Young Shall Grow has thrown his weight behind the Administrator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro.
Dr. Selky Kile had particularly adviced traducers of the Dr. Dennis Otuaro’s led leadeship of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) to retrace their steps.
This was contained in a statement personally signed and made available to newsmen in Abuja yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

(AKA) GEN.YOUNG SHALL GROW CALLS ON NIGER DELTA STAKEHOLDERS/YOUTHS AND EX-AGITATORS TO SUPPORT THE CHIEF DENNIS OTUARO PhD LED ADMINISTRATION OF THE PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAM (PAP):
Following the recent appointment and dispensation of duties by Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro Phd, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), HRH King Dr.Selky Kile Torughedi (Eyewei V)/(Amananawei of FCT) aka Gen. Young Shall Grow has called on stakeholders and the entire youths of the Niger Delta Region particularly the Ex-agitators to explore all available legal means to lend their support and encourage this administration to succeed in carrying out it’s designated duties.
He stated that “We owe it to ourselves to collectively succeed with this current administration given that we’ve gone through deferent phases of administrations and programs set out by PAP but untill we start working in synergy setting aside all conflicts and personal interest we might never get it right, We have no other region other than the Niger Delta so let us eschew our deference and support our proactive Administrator who has hit the ground running in order to restore the program to its original master plan through proper reforms
King Dr Selky also commends the resent visits of the new Amnesty Boss to key stakeholders of the President Tinubu’s administration, says it’s a welcome development and a needed synergistic move to strengthen relevant relationship in order for the program to work smoothly. He also calls on the Federal Government to give enough time and support to Chief Dr Dennis Otuaro as the Amnesty Administrator to implement the blueprint of the program adding that the constant change of coordinators/administrators has taken the program backward.
I’m also using this medium to express my dissatisfaction over all mischief makers and some self acclaimed ex- agitators in the disguise of civil society group who recently have been fanning the embers of discord and propaganda against Dr Dennis Otuaro as the Amnesty Administrator.. let it be clear that no amount of propaganda will stop him from actualizing the master plan of the amnesty program to the benefit of our people.
Going forward, the revered Monarch stated that “I know Dr. Dennis Otuaro to be an upright man and a firm believer of human capacity development, as we forge ahead i call on all well meaning youth of Niger Delta particularly all ex-agitators from first phase, second phase and third phase to shun violence and embrace the opportunities of the Dennis Otuaru led administration as i believe that he’s committed to discharging his duties without fear or favor and with due diligence.
