PAP: Dennis Otuaro, A Blessing To The Amnesty Programme – Odumalagba

Member representing Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly and Minority Whip of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, popularly known as Odumalagba of the universe has described Dr. Dennis Otuaro’s appointment as a blessing to the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Odumalagba made the remark recently in Asaba, the Delta State capital while reacting to some group of persons speaking against the appointment of Otuaro as Administrator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
However, Alapala particularly lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu for appointing the right man for the job, stressing that Otuaro is a square peg in a square hole.
According to the highly revered Delta State House of Assembly member, Odumalagba said Otuaro’s few days in office shows that he truly understands the founding principles of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Speaking further, Alapala asserted that the Administrator is starting well as his traducers are just jealous elements who are bent on drawing the Niger Delta region backward with their selfish, unpopular and retrogressive actions.
Dr. Amb. Anthony Ebitonmo Alapala who is a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had urged traducers of Otuaro to repent, stressing that the backlash those who dare to discredit Otuaro’s appointment from Niger Deltans is a testament to show that he is widely accepted and the perfect man for the job.
Meanwhile, Odumalagba had urged Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) not to be distracted by such strange elements but rather focuss on achieving his set goals for the programme.
