Alapala Sympathise With Britania-U, Call For Calmness Among Communities

Member Representing Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Ebitonmo Anthony Alapala, Minority Whip of the Delta State House of Assembly has sympathized with the management of Britania-U Nigeria Limited over the fire outbreak at its drilling platform recently in Ogulagha Kingdom.
Hon. Alapala while sympathising with Britania-U had also called for calmness among alleged affected communities in the area.
The Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly member made the call yesterday in Asaba while reacting to the Britania-U fire outbreak.
Speaking further, Alapala while describing the fire explosion as unfortunate had pleaded with the communities to be patient with Britania-U until the fire is brought under total control.
However, Hon. Ebitonmo Anthony Alapala, popularly known as Odumalagba had assured the communities that as soon as the fire is brought under control, he will work closely with other stakeholders as member representing the constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly in ensuring that the issue is addressed both on the part of Government and relevant agencies.
Nevertheless, Odumalagba noted that he will never renege in his quest of giving the people of Burutu North a vibrant representation, stressing that he is well aware of the suffering of his people occasioned by the fire explosion that has resulted to oil spillage.
