In a statement issued on Monday, Dekawei, tasks Senator Okpebholo to see the entire state as his constituency and get down ro work , noting that Edo State deserves inclusive governance and development that has eluded the people of the state for so long.

He particularly urged the Edo State Governor elect to also pay serious attention to the Ijaw speaking parts of the state, by providing basic amenities, regretting that the riverine areas in Edo have been so alienated from development and marginalized in the scheme of things in the state.

Describing Senator Okpebholo and his deputy
Hon. Dennis Idahosa as round pegs in round holes, he expressed confidence in the ability of the duo to steer the ship of governance and provide dividends of democracy to all the people of Edo State irrespective of tribe and affiliations.
