Matthew Dango, Special Adviser on youth Affairs to the Managing Director (MD), Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has described His Royal Majesty, King (Dr) Ateke Michael Tom, the Amayanabo of Okochiri Kingdom, Rivers State as a blessing to Ijaw nation, Rivers State and Niger Delta.
